I made several attempts and went to several stores in my area to purchase certain flavors of Quest cereal bars. The stores were all out.
They were not listed on an ordinary online search. I contacted CR. I was given some rewards and a link to the bars online. I attempted to order but my account locked up.
I called a rep at a store whose phone battery kept going dead. He made some attempts to assist me but we agreed that my screen was locked up. I contacted CR again and he told me to call the 800 number which I could only find available in the E-Mail or to contact the chat line. I told him that I did not have another 45 minutes plus driving to several stores to pursue the matter and that he should forward the information because I AM THE CUSTOMER!
I USED to spend quite a bit of money at GNC.
Now, I have to look for replacement products elsewhere. I have had enough!
