Good Evening I would like to inform you that i bough women's multivitamin 50plus from GNC STORE LOCATED in Canada Toronto mall While I bring it back to home I scanned it's barcode as such there is no product showing online after getting scanned . Kindly tell me that this product is real or fake and attach the valid proof of that For proof I'm attaching my transaction copy of gnc and my product photo . Kindly revert back .

I believe my order goes into effect every month on the 21st. I did not receive my order until March 1 which left me quite a few days without my vitamins. I actually exercise, eat right and Im very health conscious and when I called Your store the guy there was an idiot and very rude. This guy was at the Castleton Mall store. If Im going to have issues and when my order arrives, then I will have to make other decisions

Ive. Been a g n c customer for years now I order the same product every month an do the auto deliver never had pay high postage but thus time was charged postage plus I always get my product in about two days an was told or it said it be a whole week so yes I was disappoointed with my service this time with g n c.I ask for a refund back to my card this time nexuses it was gonna take too long. Thank you.

No notice on door that customer can't make returns

I purchased a bottle of turmeric. The receipt says I have 30 days to return. I found another brand that was quick absorbing, which I need for pain. When I went to the store to return the item, the manager told me that they were just told they could not receive back items. There was no sign on the door, no word given to me by the manager when I purchased the item. I will never shop at GNC again! The bottle of vitamins I purchase was $44. $44 lost. The only thing the manage gave me was a smile. Sad for GNC not to make customer happy.

User's recommendation: Dont' buy by GNC. If you do make sure it's the item you usually buy! Don't buy anything new to try.

My name is Thanh Hong , email address: Thanh34@***.net . The issue is I dont have my order for 2 times. The first time on 08/2021 and the second time is auto-delivery without my authorization . I did called for Customer Service and they said just wait for 24-48 hours. I am unexpected the GNC run the business like this.

Awful shipping

Placed order waited 2 weeks still did not recieve it. Tracking said it was sent to Texas i live in ind. called service rep checked and said it was back ordered gave me option to cancel. They are using fedx sure post. Looks like I will never get my order.

Why I'll be buying my collagen peptides from Amazon

Yesterday I went to Gnc to get my collagen and the large can was sold out and they only had 1 left of the small can so I purchased it and was given a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $30 or more but the coupon expires today so I went back there to ask if I could order the large can and pay for it in store today and have it either sent to me or I would pick it up at the store now the collagen is more expensive here but with the coupon it will cost the same as Amazon when it came time to pay the man told me I could not pay cash

I signed up for Pro boxes through a Minnesota office which I won't name here. I paid $20 for nothing and here's why. I ordered the Women's Health box to be shipped to me. The first box was a Men's box. I was promised I would get a Women's box by chat after much irritation. No box. Wanted it sent again by chat and sthe refused

User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER PRO BOXES BECAUSE YOU MAY GET THE WRONG ONE AND GNC WILL NOT HONOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.

This past weekend I searched the GNC website for a product I was interested in. The site said the product was in my local store. It was not. Strike one. So I go on the site and start the order process. At the time it was noted the address on file was my old address from over five years ago. Address was updated and order placed. Less that an hour later an email is received say it was shipped to my old address. Called and also on line chatted with customer no service and not one person would try to fix the problem. I will never shop GNC again.

Wanted to use buy 1 and 1 50% off but the one I spoke after waiting for a long period of time said I could not. One item in my order was said to be unavailable because it was discontinued, but I could order the item electronically on my own. I was very confused and dissatisfied.
