After contacting the customer service each day for the last week, the results have been the same each day. They lie to me and say the order has shipped.
The next day I find it still hasn't moved and call again. When I speak to them they say the same things only to be lying again.
After doing this for a week, they still have not shipped my order although it sets waiting. They have offered a refund and no actual results...
It will now not arrive by the 16th. Since GNC stores do not maintain adequate inventory of products, I have to order online and then get these terrible results. Is there no way to actually speak with someone from GNC?
This is a great part of the problem, and I feel it is intentional. If they never deal with their problems, customers can never get resolutions!

GNC Website worked tonight and allowed me to sign in and order. I will take the hit on this one.

Shady reps that lie
I'm quiet about several it just so happens that I actually had a good idea of each of them however each time the rep led me to AG and C product I told her I was uncomfortable with that and I wanted her honest opinion any time she assured me it was the absolute best at the best price even though it was obvious at times that that wasn't then I asked if they still did price matching and she said no when I got home I looked at my receipt and it stamped on the bottom that they price match I found the same products even there's cheaper online given the opportunity I would have been able to buy more had she not lied to my face. I will not return to that store

I visited 2401 Hwy 22 West Union, NJ, 07083 location. The staff named Adam was peaking around the isle like I was stealing.
I asked him if he thought that was appropriate he stated he has to protect the store and it's property. I go This is the only staff person who behaved in this manner.

I was a GNC store manager when I was only 20 years old. If people knew how high the markup percentage on their products are, they would be horrified.
I just went through the same BS process… paid for 2-3 day shipping after 2 weeks nothing… called the reshipped, waited a week nothing… had 2 more reships… after a total of 7 weeks I finally got my product… I need to order again already but I’m scared to even repeat this process… what should we do?
I like their deals and sales, but now see why they have to have them. With service this bad and non existent help.
Everything being outsourced so you never get resolution.
I started going directly to the manufacturer website, the deals and customer rewards are not as good. However no problems with shipping, customer service or making something right...
